Artisteer Affiliate Program is one of many decent affiliate programs available on the Internet today.  The program has many things going for it, but it also has a few things working against it at the same time.  What I would like to do is discuss the pros and the cons of the overall program, and then discuss them individually.  The purpose of this article is to cover all of the major aspects of the Artisteer affiliate program.

I loaded the Free Artisteer program.  I tried it out.  I paid for it.  I wrote this and now you are reading it!  How cool is that?  It may have taken me 5 years to figure it all out, but if I had Artisteer, it would have been much, much sooner.  Since I love to blog, and since it was Artisteer that got me here..it was only natural that I gravitated towards the Artisteer affiliate program.  The points below are honest feelings of what I have discovered along my journey.   

The Pros of the Artisteer affiliate program:

• The product is a smash hit because it works.
• The affiliate program pays a decent amount of money for sales.
• A FREE download draws in prospective buyers, which converts into sales.
• Many platforms that Artisteer works on creates a wide audience of potential buyers.
• Entire Artisteer affiliate program run seamlessly through LinkShare.
• Prompt and timely payouts.

The Cons of the Artisteer affiliate program:

• The niche Artisteer is in… is one of the most saturated affiliate marketing sectors on the Internet. (website development)
• There are many bogus programs available (other than Artisteer) which confuses potential buyers.
• There are no residual payouts.

Now let’s take a few minutes and dig a little deeper into the statements above by first going into the pros, to be followed by the cons of the Artisteer affiliate program.

The Pros:

• The product is a smash hit because it works.
  When looking to write about the Artisteer affiliate program it is impossible to separate it from the product.  Overall the program is the best automated website design program available today.   In reality there is no program on the web today that provides as much power to someone trying to establish a toe-hold on the Internet.  With very little practice a new user quickly realizes the simplicity and the potential that is available with a simple down load of Artisteer.  To demonstrate how versatile Artister can be… one just needs to look no further than this website.  This website you are on is 100% Artisteer, and it is a pretty darn good website.

  Since I have earned money on many other affiliate products I have come to realize that the payout for the program is really not that much, when compared to other programs.  The Artisteer affiliate program has a payment structure as follows:
  •10% on sales up to $150 per month (usually the first sale)*
  •25% on sales from $151 to $1500 per month
  •30% on sales from $1501 to $5000 per month
  •35% on sales above $5001 per month
  I have written numerous articles on Artisteer because of my firm belief in being honest on the web, and writing honestly is one of the factors that gives me “staying power” with the search engines.  I will not tell you that the higher levels of the income spectrum can’t be reached, but let’s face it, most people just starting out will not reach the higher percentage payouts on a consistent basis, if at all.  The commission earned, per sale, often equates to $5.00 per sale, with the occasional $13.00 thrown in the mix.  The money earned on the Artisteer affiliate program will not make you reach and you should not think that it will.  I look at the Internet as a place where it is better to dabble here and there and nowhere too heavily.  Overall the program offers the potential for some income, but the time spent to generate sales might be better spent on higher dollar programs like Phantom Plates.

  Everybody likes FREE and Artisteer was very smart in creating a FREE download offer.  What makes it even more successful is that the free download is the full program, and NOT some trial version.  A person can download Artisteer for 100% free with no risk of ANYTHING at all.  There are no credit card scams running, or anything remotely dishonest.  The “trap” that Artisteer sets is the watermark that appears on an unpaid version of Artiseer.  A new comer can download it for FREE and then play till they realize the program is simple to use and yet an extremely powerfully automated website creation program.  The reality is that if a person wants to launch a website, and has only limited website knowledge…Artisteer is a perfect match.  It is simple, inexpensive and yet contains an infinite combination of possibilities if one hopes to build and manage their own website.  The Artisteer FREE download is not only a great way to get someone to buy the program, it was a really smart non-threatening business decision for the customer to take advantage.

  The entire Artisteer affiliate program is run through LinkShare.  They are a solid company that has no problem forwarding your payment, when that payment is due.  The only other program that I feel is better than LinkShare.com is Commission Junction.  Amazon.comand Adsense are other afilliate favorites that everyone should look into for opportunity.  Using all of the affiliate programs, as mentioned, is what I do to stay diversified.  Linkshare is a reputable company and they are the ones that administer the Artisteer affiliate program and the partnershipn of the two companies works very well.
• Prompt and timely payouts.
  What more can I say other than I receive a payout on time, each and every time.  I am not sure how long I have to wait because I am not sitting at the computer sweating it out.  I make a sale and I watch it age about a month and it pops out into my bank account.  It is all timely, honest and uneventful.

The Cons:

•  The niche Artisteer is in is one of the most saturated affiliate marketing sectors on the Internet.
  What is meant by this is that the self help material about website building is an over-saturated market.  When you try to compete within the area of information, there are literally millions of other websites already there in competition with you.  The time spent, in competition, often does not outweigh the return.  With the lower payouts and the high competition it is difficult to make any headway.  The return on investment is often not worth the time spent for the lower than average payouts.
• There are many bogus programs available, which confuses potential buyers.
  Going  hand in hand with the above statement I want you to realize that when someone is looking for information about starting out on the Internet, they will be buried by gurus selling the next, latest and greatest thing available.  Everyone is looking for a get rich quick… gotta get ahead of the other guy… I need to make a zillion bucks tonight… mentality.  Because of the high market saturation, it is very easy for a noob to sort of get lost in the weeds.  The point is that with all the “stuff” available on the web it is easy for someone to overlook Artisteer.  Despite Artisteer being such a great product, it is easy for it to go unnoticed until someone clicks on the link and starts the FREE download.  The trick is the pull them out of the weeds and channel them through your link and that is when it gets difficult because of all the competition out there.
• There are no residual payments.
  As I have matured in my Internet understanding I try to gravitate towards affiliate programs that payout more than one time.  That is not possible with the Artisteer affiliate program.

In Review
I love Artisteer.  I loved it from the very first moment I downloaded the Artisteer FREE Download offer.  In fact, I paid for it within the first hour to remove the watermark.  Artisteer opened up the Internet to me, which is exactly what I needed because I am pretty sucky at html and all that.  With Artisteer I do not need to know or understand ANY of that code stuff.  I downloaded it, I used it.  I bought it.  It was really very simple and painless.

Over time I needed a break from the 30+ other sites I have and I started this one out of sheer desire for enjoyment.  I signed up for the Artisteer affiliate program because it was there and I love the program.  I write on this site for a break from the intenseness of other sites.  Artisteer works because it is a great program, but I would suggest you avoid the Artisteer affiliate program unless you are ready to write a great deal for lower than possible payouts. 

The Artisteer affiliate program is fair, honest and very competitive.  The choice is yours, as is everything in life.

 

If you want to make money with Artisteer you need to understand that it will not work unless you are willing to do some work.  Artisteer is simply the tool that makes it easy to put a website together, without knowing how to write computer code…nothing more.  The great thing about Artisteer is that it is so simple that anyone can create a website.  The one thing you need to be aware about if you try to make money with Artisteer is that it will take some effort on your part. 

I have helped three friends of mine create websites using Artisteer and I think two of them thought they would simply be able to throw out a website and sit back and they would make a million bucks.  Two of my friends did nothing with their site.  The one friend of mine that created a photography website is really making a go of it, and it is slowly working for him. ,He used Artisteer to create a site that he started using his last unemployment check to get it all going.  He is a go-getter and that desire to earn an income is why he has been able to make money with Artisteer.

If you are looking for a website template program then you should check out Artisteer simply because it is so simple to use. (The risk is minimum because of their absolutely no strings attached, 100% FREE download)  If you can use a program like WordPress, then you will be able to master Artisteer in as little as 30 minutes to obtain a working knowledge.  At first the program is really simple to use, but as you get more into understanding the program, the versatility of it really starts to stand out.  After you spend a few hours using Artisteer you will be amazed at just how personal you can design your sites.  My one friend designed an online store that accepted credit card payments, another one designed a biking site and the last one developed the photography site.  The design potential is unlimited, as is the ability to make money, using Artisteer, but only if you put in the time to make it work.

 Artisteer: The Easiest Website Templete Program Available

If you are a geek wannabe and are looking for site templates, you may be where you wanted to go.  The reason I say this is because about 5 years ago I wanted to make websites, and earn some money via the Internet, but I hated coding.  I couldn’t do code and I knew I did not have the knowledge, or even the personality, to suffer through writing code.  I hated writing code but loved the concept of earning money on the Internet. My desire was to earn some money and not suffer through school learning the tedious rigors of writing code to come up with a site template.
