The term caching is not a word most non-computer people are familiar with, and that is why you ended up on this page. The term is very simple to understand, and the concept is essential to any well functioning website. Before I get into what the term caching means, let me spend a few moments giving you a parable of sorts. The following is a description of sorts, of what is caching.

A Computer Without Caching
Imagine you are in a library and all of the books are behind the counter, and you cannot get to them without going through a librarian. Imagine that you wanted to get a specific book called The Bible, as an example. You would have to walk up to the librarian and ask to get a copy of The Bible. The librarian would smile at you and then get up, leave the station and travel to the shelf in the back where your requested book is stored. Once the book is removed from the shelf, it is brought to the desk and handed to you, the person requesting the book.

You then take the book and go to your table and read it and then when you are done, return it to the librarian. At that point the librarian will take that book and go back to the store room and place it back on the shelf. After it is returned to the shelf the librarian returns to her workstation. Sometime thereafter a person walks up to her workstation and asks for a copy of The Bible. At this time the librarian has to get up from her workstation and go back to the store room to retrieve the same book and bring it back to the person requesting a copy. Since this is so time consuming for the lone librarian to retrieve a single book, when the librarian returns to her desk she notices there is a line of people wanting to get a book. Despite the best efforts of the librarian the line gets loner and longer and the librarian cannot keep up. Since more time is being spent getting and returning books to the storeroom, the librarian gets frustrated and walks off the job and nobody can get any books until another librarian can take the place of the one that gave up.

A Computer With Caching
Since the librarian realizes that the system is slow, she decides to keep the returned books at her workstation, until the end of the shift. By doing this the librarian will only have to go to the storeroom one time and then if another person asks for the same book, the librarian has quick access to that book. Now when the next person asks for The Bible, the librarian merely has to reach down to the tiny bookshelf at the and then hand it out the the person requesting. From that moment on, there is only one trip to the storeroom for a particular book title and once it is returned to the librarian, it is kept close at hand. By keeping all the returned books close at hand the next person asking for the same title, the response time is so much faster and there are so many more satisfied visitors and the librarian does not walk out.

Computers work very much the same way and it is essential that you have caching set up for your website. If you have too many “hits” on your website asking for the same thing, your load time slows down tremendously, because the “librarian” is spending too much time going always back to the storeroom to retrieve files, stored in the computer. By enabling caching, your computer will keep previously used files stored in a temporary memory set up to have them nearby, which speeds up memory use and response time tremendously.

Without caching on your computer, or by using a WordPress Plugin, you will drag down the efficiency of your system. If your website is not set up to cache, the overall performance of your server will lag and visitors will click off the site because of their impatience for the load time. You work too hard to get visitors to your website, so it is highly suggested you set up caching right from the start. It is essential to install a WordPress Plugin right from the very first moment of creation, when launching a website. To not include a caching feature is either naive, or simply foolish. Please understand also, when dealing with WordPress the difference between a simple cache plugin, and a plugin for your widgets. You really will need to install two plugins because once cache plugin will speed up content download, while the other speeds up your widgets, which are generally where you place your ad banners.

If your content downloads fast, but your banners download slow is really similar to a lack of performance in the bedroom. You could have the fastest content download in the world that attracts visitors, to only lose them because your banners download too slow. Without a cache plugin AND a widget cache plugin you will get all the way to culmination, only to lose it all at the last second by not being able to perform. There is nothing more disappointing than being brought right to the brink, and then not being able to complete the act. Of course I am only referring to the act of making money because the visitor will leave your site because they are tired of waiting for your affiliate to load.

Simply stated the only thing you need to understand about caching is that it is needed to speed up performance. Without caching on your site there will be issues as your site grows in popularity because when there is more and more traffic the system will need more and more power to keep up. I learned from my persoanl experience that your web hosting service will not tell you this, and they will simply tell you that you need to upgrade because you are getting too much traffic. (Too much traffic? What a dumb statement!) The simple truth is that before you decide to launch a website, or before you ever think about upgrading a web hosting service…you make sure you have caching enabled on your system.

For those that have a WordPress site, I suggest you use the FREE plugin WP Super Cache.

I have been blogging for a few years with the single purpose to make money with affiliate marketing. I will have to admit that I have done it the hard way because I have written 100′s of original content articles, which has taken a large investment of my time. I decided long ago that I was going to make sure I gave the search engines what they were seeking…which is to answer questions. By giving search engines what they want (original content) I have been sent many, many visitors to my websites. By doing it the hard way, I mean I did it the right way and gave the search engines what they want.

Since I do not take content from other websites, or pay someone to write for me, or “spin” the content in a spinner…I spent a good deal of time authoring articles just like the one you are reading this very moment. Since I make NO secret about the fact that I blog to make money with affiliate marketing, I want you to know that maybe I have done it the hard way…but I have created a rock-solid platform that will not simply fade away the next time a search engine changes their search algorithms. The entire point of this entry is to show you that the best way to earn money through affiliate marketing is by giving the search engines what they want….which is relevant original content that answers a question people will be seeking on the web.

What I mean by this is that my articles are all original, and answer very specific questions that people type into a search engine. I will not tease you with how many millions of dollars I earn, because that is not the truth. What I will tell you is that I have been out here launching WordPress sites for about 5 years and some of them were not so good, and yet others have brought in a nice income. The truth is that I now earn about $3,000.00 per month on the web, from all sources. I have done this through the creation of many websites, but the number now ranges in the area of about 40 sites, with the bulk of the money coming from less than 3.

I keep the other not-so profitable websites around simply because they are built and they are “aging” which is what helps make them relevant with the search engines. The day will come one day when I will either sell them or launch a profitable series of content to drive in more revenue. An example of a very specific website that holds my theory (currently aging) of being specific is Left Handed Golf Glove.com. Currently it holds little content and rarely gets traffic, but over time I will add original content, and drive in visitors by answering all questions possible about left-handed golf gloves. Will I make a million dollars on this site?….No! I will not but i am more than willing to create profitable little “kiosk” sites that will pick up a great deal of change.

The point I want you to realize is that you can build a website about ANY subject you desire, and one day be earning money that adds up to a substantial income. As a result of the income I generate from sites my spouse does not have to live the house to work a job! It did take many late nights of article writing and site building, but to be able to actually make money with affiliate marketing really is a mind-blower. I say this because each article I write is like opening up a store, without having to pay substantial overhead. Since I use Artisteer I can launch my own custom designed website in under one hour and then when I am in the mood…I write articles about the subject. I simply write articles and send them out on the Internet and sit back and watch the money direct deposit into my checking account.

The thing that makes me shake my head is that I have helped at least five people realize how easy it is to use Artisteer to build a site they would do it, only to give up in a week or two. Despite how much I have told them that it takes time to rank in search engines to make money in affiliate marketing….they give up! The key to making money is that you launch a website that you have an interest in the subject. Once you have it up and running….you write and add an article at least once a week initially.

After about 6 months you may start to get a stray visitor and then one day you will see a tiny bit of money come from Amazon.com or some other program. The point it that by building a niche specific website and adding content, you become a trusted website over time. Once you are trusted to start pumping out articles more often and then the visitors increase and then the money soon follows.

Making money with affiliate marketing really is not as difficult as it may appear, but it is an endeavour that will take time and effort. By recognizing the fact that search engines simply want to give reader the information they seek is key to making money. By providing original content articles to the search engines allows them to provide relevant information to those that seek the information. The only think a search engine really does is “marry-up” the person that seeks knowledge, with the knowledge you will be providing. The search engines bring you traffic, and traffic means money. The more money you make with affiliate marketing is simply done by getting the traffic from the search engines….which is a direct result of giving the search engines what they seek. Knowledge through information!

So…if you are seeking to make money through affiliate marketing it is much simpler than most will admit, but too time-consuming for too many people. In today’s society the majority of people are not willing to invest in a five year plan to liberate themselves from their job. Too many people will say it is too tedious to write articles and rather go to work for 40 + hours each and every week. Too many people want to see the moeny “right now” and lack the foresight to realize that residual income, from affiliate websites, is awesome! Everyone I have spoke to have given up long before the magic happened and never realized the potential. I get over $3,000.00 (and more) each and every month and that figure is often increasing!

If you have the foresight of what it takes to earn money on the web, with affiliate marketing, I have provided an internal link to another article of what you will need to get the ball rolling. Do not fear the computer and do not think that you need to know all computer code, because that is no longer true. You will simply need a access to a computer with an Internet connection, an Internet hosting service, a domain name and of course the website you create with Artisteer. The entire cost will be less than $10.00 a month when you get started. Of course the operating costs will increase, as traffic increases but that is a good thing. Traffic means income!

The first website I created was after my wife launched her website (IChooseThin) We were both VERY overweight and were tired of wasting our money on diet junk that did not work, so she decided she was going to “figure it out” and document her finding on the web. She spent 3 years being very frustrated with all the computer code and the thought of me building a website, was well beyond my abilities. After a couple of years I decided to try my hand at the much easier area known as blogging, which is technically NOT a website, but most people do not realize that fact.

The first blog I decided to launch was an off shoot of my wife’s website and I did it to simply write about “stuff” pertaining to weight loss. I will admit that I wrote on the blog (ThinBlog) for months and did not have even one visitor. I really did not know what I was doing, but I did know that I loved to write stuff and it did not matter to me that I had no people visiting my blog because I liked to tinker. Then on May 21st 2007 I earned $1.13 and was hooked on the fact of making money. I was so excited by the thought of making money on the web that I had dreams of being rich, and all the fantasy that comes with that thought process.

I quickly launched a whole bunch of blog sites and I think it totalled about 100 sites in 6 months and thought I could earn my kingdom by just putting “whatever” out here on the web and then I could sit back and watch the money roll in. I spent many, many hours churning out blogs and along the way I found an auto-content program that was advertised as a “turn it on and forget it” tool. It did not take long for the search engines to slap me down and make me realize that I was naive and foolish.

The slap by the search engines led me to realize that the best way to make money on the Internet is to NOT look at the search engines as a problem, but rather as a partnership. I soon realized that if I were to build a site that provided legitimate information on a SPECIFIC subject, I will get the gift of visitors from the search engines. I soon learned that the more specific I was on a subject, the easier it was to get visitors. An example of this would be creating a site about golf. The subject of golf is way to big to ever get a visitor, so the thing to do is to narrow the topic down and pick up the “crumbs” that fall from the table.

As time went on I still wanted to make money, so I started to launch very specific sites that cover very specific niches. A classic example of a niche I found in golf is Left Handed Golf Glove.com. As you can tell by the name, it is VERY specific and simply by providing quality subject matter, the gods of the Internet send me traffic and traffic means income. I spent a few years churning out specific blog sites because I realized it was easy for me to write articles and post them and earn money. I do this to this day in my spare time and I earn a decent income that has helped me make the mortgage payment on more than a few occasions. Over time I grew bored with writing about narrow subjects, but I still had my love for writing.

Soon after I realized that by simply giving the search engines what they wanted to get traffic I focused my thoughts on the passions in my life. Since I had earned a small fortune on the fact that I documented how I lost 115 pounds of body fat, I decided to branch out to other directions. The next direction I went in was my love for The United States Marine Corps. I looked around the web and realized that the subject of Marine Corps boot camp was exploited with junk products and was taking advantage of young Marine hopefuls. It was at this point that I realized that the only thing I needed to do write about what I was PASSIONATE about, so I wrote my first book. Through the creation of my Marine Corps Website (Marine Corps Boot Camp Survival.com) I was able to write my first book and self-publish it on my website to help displace the crap product that was sold at twice the price! In one swoop I was able to fulfill my desires to write and at the same time help others fill a need they were searching to find help for on the Internet.

The search engines now give me traffic daily, and because of the symbiotic relationship of the search engines I not only help people, but I also earn an income.

Over more time the reasons why I blog have evolved past the point of point of simply needing to make money, because I no longer have the stinging NEED to make money, as the money is simply always there in the bank for my every whim. As the evolution of my reasons for blogging have evolved, I have shifted to simply blogging about the truth in my life that I experience. There really is no need to lie, cheat or steal because the easiest, and most comfortable, way for me to earn money through blogging is by telling the truth about my experiences. I now write about the things in life as I see them. I use the same formula for success on each article I publish.

I start off with a blog subject I have a passion for and then write about the things a person may be asking about.

I write…

I write some more….and keep writing relentlessly for months…. and then one day the visitors show up and read my article…just like you are right now!

The mere fact that you have found this article is proof that what I say is true, by the very fact that you are here! Will I make money off the fact you are on this page? Only I can really answer that question because the average user of the web really has no clue how the whole process really works.

So…to answer the simple question of why I blog? It is really a two-fold answer. It is because I love to write and I love to earn money. In today’s fast paced world more people use the web than the phone book and I understand that fact. I just simply have taken my love for writing and infused it with the passions in my life, and then focused in on the subject matter like a laser. I give the search engines what they want and they give me visitors, which gives me money?

The real question I now ask is give me one reason why I should not blog?

If you are out here on the Internet looking for help with blogging, with Artisteer, I want to simply tell you to stop wasting your time looking…and just do it! What I am saying is that there is so much opportunity out here on the web that there is no reason to not simply just jump in an start blogging with Artisteer. I know you are afraid to get ripped off, but with Artisteer you do not have to worry about being cheated because of the Artisteer FREE download offer. I will not cover the FREE download offer (yet again) because I have posted a few articles about that subject already. (Click Here for Artisteer FREE offer article.) I am simply here to help you start believing in yourself and to stop over thinking the whole process, as you do all too often.

If you are looking for help with blogging and are thinking of using Artisteer you simply need to take the plunge and get it done. You can’t use the argument that you do not have the money because the TOTAL start-up costs are minimal. You simply need a Hostgator account, with one domain name, and a domain name…and a website created with Artisteer. If that sounds like it is too much to do, because you know nothing about this Internet thing, I want to tell you that you have always over-thought shit and you just need to stop thinking about it over and over…. and just do it! It may not be the easiest thing to do…but it is really very do-able!

It is not hard to get a server at Hostgator. You set it all up and the monthly cost is less than 10 bucks! The cost to buy the domain name is also less than 10 bucks and you only pay that once a year. What could possibly stop you from blogging? If you think it is because you know NOTHING about how to build a website, you have not checked out the FREE Artisteer download and have not really done any serious searches for help with blogging. Once you download the FREE Artisteer program, you will soon see how simple it is to play and tinker with building a website yourself. Since you only have to pay for Artisteer AFTER you are sure it is easy to use…there is no excuse for you not to use Artisteer to help you get started with blogging.

The only thing I hope to accomplish with this little article is to let you know that if you are looking to earn some money on the web, but need help with blogging….you just need to get started. I look at my small picture frame on the wall with a $1.13 behind the glass, with the date May 21st 2007. It was on that date that I earned my first money from my websites and I am so glad that I started doing this because it is the only thing that has kept me from going under financially. What used to be a hobby has turned into an income. I will not sugar-coat it and tell you it was super simple, but I will tell you that if you are willing to put in an effort and keep on trying…success will come and you will earn money.

I am not some guru out here telling you to download Artisteer and you will be driving a new car tomorrow. What I will tell you is that if you are willing to stick with it and write articles and never give up, you will start making money. I may not be rich but I am consistently earning $3,000.00 each and every month and this is just the start. I may have spent a few years doing this but I literally wasted the first 3 because I did not have Artisteer. I spent too much time trying to hold a WordPress site together and finding templates that would fit into what I wanted. Once I found Artisteer I was able to unleash a creative side that I never knew existed. Since there is now a Artisteer 3.1, the dynamics of what is possible has changed yet again. I can now simply make whatever I want and publish it here on the Internet. This site is an example because this site is just a hobby I have where I like to tinker on and only write when I am “in the mood.”

I am sitting here at home, sipping on my coffee and listening to commercial free Phil Collins, via Pandorra Radio on my day off from my real job. See the photo above? One of these days I plan on quitting my shitty day job and doing this full-time. I work in retail and I am so sick of all the asshole people who I deal with each and everyday. The customers suck, many of my fellow employees suck and each and every one of my fellow managers are pricks!

If you are looking to one day be free, then stop over-thinking it and just get started! In today’s high-tech world the whole process of building a website has been reduced to a simple process and the only thing holding you back is your self-doubt.

Self-doubt can be paralyzing and if you do not start believing in yourself….what then?

I must admit that from the start that I have loved Artisteer. From the very first moment I tried the product a few years ago, I fell in love with everything about Artisteer. I loved it because I was able to take my EXTREME lack of ability for writing computer code and was still able to build a functioning website.

I distinctly remember the moment when I “tripped” over Artisteer because I was beyond frustrated with attempting to get a photograph to fit into a header. I spent all my free time for a 3 day period fighting with my inability to make that first website look decent. I remember struggling and settling for a finished product that was half-ass..but it was the best that I could accomplish. In retrospect that first website simply looked like crap! That was until Artisteer came along and freed me from my own ignorance.

It was always my intention to build websites, write articles and earn money on the Internet. I knew less than nothing about how to get it all done and then one day I found Artisteer. I do not remember how I found it, but I do know that I took advantage of the FREE download because I refused to get ripped off by anymore junk that seems to permeate every crevice of every subject out here on the web.

It may have taken me a full 3 years to understand that most of the vocal Internet money-making gurus get rich by selling crap products and I only tried out Artisteer because it had a FREE offer. Despite costing me only (I think) about $50.00 I was not going to surrender one more penny to anyone for any reason because I was not going to be cheated. That was until I downloaded Artisteer. Since that fateful moment I have never looked back because this blogging has changed my life.

Currently I have 30+ functional sites just like this one and they are ALL Artisteer and I am earning money that is vital to the quality of my life. When I first tried my hand at this blogging I did it to earn extra money and now, because of the economy, I use the money earned to simply eat and pay the bills.

To take this review full circle I want to say that if it was not for the original version of Artisteer I would have to be delivering pizza to just make ends meet! I will admit I work a full day job and the climate there just keeps going downhill fast. I have not received a raise for over 2 years and now they are going to make me go salary… and work even more hours…for LESS money. Because of the ability to launch websites like this one I have been able to generate an income that allows my spouse to remain at home and not have to punch a clock. In fact she is developing a few websites of her own and loves this stuff also. But I wander…

How do I squeeze all the passion of have for Artisteer into this article when I loved it long before I ever thought about upgrading to the new Artisteer version 3.1? How can I say a bad word about a computer program that has given me reason to wake up each day because I know I have a life beyond the corporate time clock?

How do I squeeze the emotions I have for a computer program that has empowered me to launch websites like this one, write articles and have people like you come and visit on a daily basis? How do I convey the emotions that I have for a computer program that PAID my mortgage last month? How do I get across to you the fact that if I did not take the leap and try the FREE offer to road test the program? In short…I can’t because you really do not know me from squat and as far as you know I am just another scumbag affiliate marketer out here on the web squeezing money from the gullible?

Since I cannot make you trust me, and since you are squeezing that credit card like your life depended on it, I want to tell you that you do not have to trust me and that you can put the credit card away! I want you to drop your guard and listen the fact that you can download Artisteer for FREE. The creators of Artisteer are so confident (as I am) that you will love it and be blown away by how great the program works.

You only have to submit payment after you design a website of your own, and only if you want to actually launch that website onto the Internet. You can download Artisteer right now and tinker and play with it for as long as you want…and not even provide a credit card number!! The “trick” is that when you go to publish your website there will be this big, ugly watermark that will only go away AFTER you pay for the program. It has been set up that you can try out the entire program and then only buy it if it is what you want to use.

So why are you wasting your time out here looking for an Artisteer 3.1 review when you can review it yourself?

If you must have a review I want you to look at the website you are on right now! It is downright awesome and I launched it in less than 45 minutes and with Artisteer 3.1 It is simply the coolest site I have ever designed!

With Artisteer 3.1 my websites no longer only fill the center of your monitor with blank spots on the left and the right side of the page. No longer do my websites have to look like they are a blog because now the page fills your entire monitor. Just like the page you are viewing right now.

Despite this awesome new ability Artisteer is still super simple to navigate. If you can use MicroSoft Windows, you will understand how to use Artisteer in less than 30 minutes and never have to read the manual. ( Heck! I do not really know if there even is a manual because I never used one now that I think about it!) I will further tell you that if you check out Artisteer 3.1 you can MASTER the entire program in under 2 hours!

If you are really interested in making some money on the web, or if you just want to launch some blog thingy…Artisteer does it all. It gives you the key to unlock the web. What are you waiting for? Something better than FREE?
