As you seek assistance the Internet is FILLED with products that are suppose to make you quickly wealthy.  If you want help be aware the path of Internet blogging is littered with programs that really resulted in the only person getting wealthy being the individual that created the program.  Those that are really successful are the ones that sell NOTHING!!!  Those people that make the most money over the web are the transparent millionaires that want little to do with the likes of you and I.  If you need help with getting started to blog…save your money, read reputable books, and just start.

The best thing anyone should be telling you if you are seeking guidance to get a blog going is that you simply need three things. 

1. HostGator (Provides you a server to access the Internet)
2. GoDaddy   (Provides you with a domain name to get on the Internet)
3. Artisteer    (Click and use website design program)
4. WordPress (A 100% ALWAYS FREE platform to build websites, comes with most hosting plans)

The blogging crowd really thins out when people get into the mechanics of blogging, because of getting frustrated with the technical stuff.  What blogging really comes down to is creating the infrastructure, with the above “tools” and then just start writing posts.  After a few months of trying you will get better and the search engines will give you a nod and traffic starts to show up at your cyber doorstep. It may takes months or even years to earn money and that is the next place people give up.  If you want to make it in affiliate marketing through blogging, you are now on a successful site as an example of how easy it can be.

I work a day job and yet here I sit typing away.  There you sit reading this article.  I started this all about 5 years ago and have learned so much by just doing it.  Just get started and do it!  The total start up cost (if you have a computer) is LESS than $5.00 a month for the server, $50.00 to own the greatest and easiest website template creation tool ever developed, (Artisteer) and under $10.00 to register your own URL.  Less than $20.00 a to maintain it all… is the total monthly overhead!

Invest in yourself, get started and type, type and type some more.  The greatest idea never made stayed in the creators mind and the same applies for the website you envision.  Will you become the next Internet guru?  Most likely not, but then I never thought I would be one. Yet…there you sit reading my article and not too long ago I was delivering pizza to help make ends meet.  Now I just sit here and type, people read it and I make money while I am the one now ordering the pizza!
