I started to think about how I am spending much of my time going over how I get things done for the web.  I spend quite abit of time taking care of things like hardware and software issues.  I do not pretend to be a computer whiz, I just know enough to be dangerous enough to keep the whole thing going.  Despite it not being to the forefront of my thoughts, but using Hostgator for a server company has always been sort of a pleasure.  Over time I have seen my business grow slightly and I sense a change taking place at Hostgator.  Good or bad I say not!

So, I just decided that I would start to document my calls to Hostgator when I have problems.  Now, when I say problems I mean it could be anything.  I am not implying that I am calling Hostgator about anything but issues that impact my websites being on the web.

I will just add brief articles that discusss my calls with Hostgator and the level of satisfaction received.
